All that matters on the chessboard is a good move. In every phase of life or whatever we are engaged in it all depends on taking the right step at the right moment. The game of chess is not merely an idle amusement. Several very valuable qualities of the mind, useful in the course of human life, are to be acquired or strengthened by it. Chess is indeed a beautiful game and AEC Chess Club strives to preserve and promote the chess hustling culture in beloved ASSAM ENGINEERING COLLEGE . It gives me immense pleasure to serve one of the Most Reputed Clubs in AEC as The President for Tenure 2021-22. I believe the game of Chess teaches us many Things in Life through practical Ways. Our Club organizes State And National Level Tournaments which helps our Students to get an Eposure to Offline Tournaments. The Workshops organized by our Club teaches and guides students who are quite new to the game of Chess too to learn new tactics and strategies. This Website is another step taken by Our Club to take the club to higher level as this Website covers all our Highlights , Past Achievements and also some Studies where one can learn the game of Chess.
